Join our company as we continue to grow and expand! We are currently looking to hire an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Technician to our Maintenance Team! As the HVAC/Plumbing Technician you will inspect, repair, install and alter heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, plumbing/drainage systems and related equipment; as well as perform preventative maintenance and routine services.

HVAC Duties & Responsibilities

Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC systems including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, forced air units and pumps

Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections, adjustments or repairs of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, gas and electrically operated air conditioning equipment as necessary

Perform electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of HVAC systems

Plumbing Duties & Responsibilities

Install, repair, modify and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures for commercial and residential structures

Perform routine inspection of plumbing and drainage systems, repair as needed

Service and repair evaporative coolers

Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron and copper

Operate jetting equipment to clear plugged drain lines

Requirements

Must have excellent communication skills

High school diploma or GED required

Applicant must have a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be able to life 50 lbs. at a time

Operate job specific hand and power tools and equipment

Three years of HVAC maintenance/plumbing experience Required

Travel locally with a company vehicle

Maintain equipment in effective and safe working condition

Maintain parts and inventory of tools
