Assemble products in the PCA production area (Pre-Conditioned Air) while focused on quality and on time delivery of goods.

Diverse and flexible skillset to be easily deployed where needed.

• · Foster a safe environment where productivity and efficiency are the focus
• · Utilize ITW principles and philosophies: simplify, focus, trust, empower
• · Maintain a clean, well-organized cellular work area
• · Follow all safety and QMS procedures and processes.
• · Be a Champion of 5S, follow 5S principles and practices.
• · Have full working knowledge of the Production Board and be able to use it to guide daily work.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Professional Experience – Electronic Production assembly required, strong HVAC- home or commercial, brazing skills and light sheet metal assembly preferred

Functional Experience – Read and understand blueprints (both electrical & mechanical) and schematics. Communicate effectively at all levels of the company. Be able to operate hand tools, air tools, torque wrenches.

Language – English

Education – High school diploma

Physical- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to stand for 8 hours
