Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from pricing through completion. This role requires both technical and leadership expertise: you’ll be responsible for estimating, coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring project execution at the highest standard of quality and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and budgets for HVAC projects.
Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure materials and resources are in place.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to project teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and value-added solutions.
Monitor project performance, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in HVAC project management, estimating, or related roles.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (boilers, chillers, RTUs, VRF, etc.).
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
EPA certification strongly preferred.
