About the Role
We’re launching Infinite Heating & Cooling Solutions—an extension of our award-winning home services brand—and are seeking a high-performing HVAC Service & Sales Lead to join us at the ground level. If you're a licensed HVAC technician with strong customer-facing skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, this is your opportunity to help build something big from day one.
Responsibilities
Perform residential and light commercial HVAC diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and installation
Attend scheduled appointments and close sales on-site
Build detailed job estimates with materials and labor pricing
Create startup tool and equipment lists for the HVAC division
Collaborate with leadership to create SOPs, workflows, and service packages
Educate customers on energy-efficient solutions, rebates, and system maintenance
Track materials, labor, and inventory needs for jobs
Represent Infinite Heating & Cooling with professionalism, punctuality, and pride
Qualifications
3+ years of HVAC service and installation experience (residential/light commercial)
Valid EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
Excellent communication and sales skills
Valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record
Self-motivated and capable of working without direct supervision
Comfortable using apps/technology for quoting and scheduling
Bonus Points For
Experience quoting and estimating HVAC systems
Familiarity with financing options and rebate programs
Desire to grow into a leadership or trainer role as the division expands
