Job Summary
We are seeking a parts office clerk to join our team! As a parts office clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. Your main job will be ordering and returning parts for HVAC/ refrigeration, and restaurant equipment. Experience in this type of work is required. The candidate must be able to multi-task and pay very close attention to detail. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills and must be a team player.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Returning parts, ordering parts.
Checking on parts past due that haven't come in. Contacting the customers paying close attention to detail.
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Ordering parts for jobs.
Receiving parts in.
Entering PO's and follow up with the report.
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and ESC would be helpful but not mandatory.
