Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (compressors, evaporators, condensers, motors, fans, controls, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency

Inspect and test systems using gauges, meters, and leak detection tools

Recharge systems with refrigerant in compliance with EPA regulations

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

Maintain accurate service records including work performed, parts used, and hours worked

Qualifications:

EPA 608 certification required

2+ years of HVAC/R experience preferred

Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and refrigerant regulations

Ability to read schematics and blueprints

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience servicing cooking equipment is a plus
