HVAC Refrigeration Installer Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):

Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

HVAC Refrigeration Installer Responsibilities:

Install residential/commercial HVAC systems, focusing on refrigeration

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.

Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.

Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission

Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

HVAC Refrigeration Installer Qualifications:

1-2years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigeration

EPA and RMGA certification preferred

Must be professional

Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test

Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
