Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, solutions-driven, and takes pride in delivering quality work and strong customer service.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, package units, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance and inspections

Troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal team

Complete service tickets, photos, and notes using mobile software

Maintain a clean and professional job site and company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

3+ years HVAC service experience (commercial preferred)

EPA Certification required

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Professional, customer-focused attitude

Experience with service software (FieldPulse or similar) is a plus
