    Position Overview

    As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating, cooling, air quality, and energy-efficiency needs. Your role is to educate customers, present customized solutions, and guide them toward the best investment for their home and family.

    This is a consultative sales position focused on helping customers solve problems—not applying pressure.

    What You'll Do

    Consultative Selling

    Conduct in-home comfort consultations with residential homeowners.

    Evaluate existing HVAC equipment and home comfort concerns.

    Present customized system replacement and upgrade options.

    Educate customers on efficiency, reliability, indoor air quality, and comfort solutions.

    Present financing and payment options that fit customer needs.

    Deliver professional proposals and confidently ask for the sale.

    Customer Experience

    Build trust through professionalism, honesty, and expertise.

    Create an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through project completion.

    Communicate clearly and effectively with homeowners and team members.

    What We're Looking For

    Required

    Proven success in sales, in-home sales, or customer-facing consultative sales.

    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

    Ability to manage your schedule and follow through on opportunities.

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

    Preferred

    HVAC industry experience.

    Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, plumbing, or other in-home sales experience.

    Experience presenting financing options and closing larger-ticket sales.
