Engage with customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Generate and follow up on leads to drive sales growth and increase market presence.

Provide detailed product knowledge and pricing information to customers.

Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing support post-sale.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HVAC sales or related field with a strong sales record.
