We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-income opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to help build a growing HVAC business.
Responsibilities
Meet with residential and commercial customers to evaluate HVAC needs
Provide system recommendations and present solutions
Prepare proposals and close sales
Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and businesses
Maintain accurate records within company systems
Requirements
Experience selling residential and commercial HVAC solutions
Strong closing and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-driven role
Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for helping grow a new business
Valid driver’s license
