    Job Title: Comfort Advisor / Sales Representative

    Job Summary: As a Salesperson (Comfort Advisor) at Heating + Air Paramedics, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth by working company-provided leads—no cold calling required. You will meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and present tailored HVAC solutions that deliver comfort, efficiency, and long-term value.

    This is a closing-focused role, not a prospecting role. We provide a consistent flow of qualified opportunities so you can focus on building relationships and closing deals.

    The ideal candidate is confident in the home, strong in communication, and driven to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

    Compensation & Opportunity:

    12% commission on company-provided leads

    20% commission on self-generated leads (uncapped upside)

    Company-provided leads with consistent opportunity (no cold calling required)

    Average system sale: $7,500 → ~$900 per deal

    Top performers: $80K–$150K+ annually

    Performance bonuses for monthly and quarterly targets

    No cap on earnings

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.

    Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their needs.

    Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing and prioritizing leads.

    Understand clients' requirements and present them with appropriate product or service solutions.

    Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

    Negotiate terms and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Maintain client relationships and provide excellent post-sale support.

    Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments.

    Provide regular reports and updates on sales progress.

    Lead Flow & Oppurtunites At Heating + Air Paramedics, we don't believe in leaving our sales team guessing where their next deal is coming from.

    Company-provided leads generated through digital marketing, community events, and local pathways

    Strong presence in the DFW market with consistent inbound oppurtunities

    Ability to self-generate additonal deals through networking and referrals

    20% commission on all self generated sales(no cap on earnings)

    Ongoing marketing support to keep pipeline active.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

    Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.

    Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

    Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets.

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Proficiency in using sales and CRM software

    Effective time management and organization.
