We are seeking a driven, customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team at SEB HVAC SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our sales department, you will meet with residential and/or commercial clients, evaluate their heating and cooling needs, and recommend tailored HVAC solutions that enhance comfort and efficiency.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals. HVAC industry experience is a plus, but we will train the right person with a strong sales background and a winning attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer HVAC needs
Present and sell HVAC systems, upgrades, maintenance plans, and financing options
Respond to inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities
Provide accurate and professional proposals and close sales
Educate customers on energy-saving options and available rebates
Collaborate with the install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Track all interactions, quotes, and follow-ups in CRM system
Stay updated on HVAC products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
