One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco is seeking a high-performing HVAC Sales Technician / Comfort Advisor who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills.

This is not a traditional HVAC technician role. We are looking for professionals who can diagnose systems, educate homeowners, present repair and replacement options, and help customers make informed decisions.

Compensation Options

Option 1 – Draw + Commission

$400/week Draw

Sell & Serve: 15%

Equipment Sales: 5%

Service-Only Sales: 10%

Option 2 – Commission Only

Sell & Serve: 20%

Equipment Sales: 10%

Service-Only Sales: 10%

Compensation structure will be finalized during the interview process based on experience and performance history.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

Present repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options

Educate homeowners and build customer trust

Present financing options when appropriate

Generate memberships, repairs, and replacement opportunities

Complete ServiceTitan documentation and job records

Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle

Follow company sales processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations

Qualifications

5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Excellent customer communication skills

Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options

Clean driving record

Ability to pass a background screening

EPA Certification preferred

ServiceTitan experience preferred

Comfort Advisor or residential sales experience preferred
