    Your hard work as an HVAC Salesperson and Marketing Representative will pay off with a base salary plus generous commissions resulting in earning potential between $85,000 to $190,000 per year.     Qualifications:

    • 3+ Years’ of sales or marketing experience. HVAC Sales experience helpful but not necessary.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives
    • Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
    • Goal Oriented and Motivated
    • Excellent computer skills.
    • Ability to work well alone and in teams
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills
    • Capable of successfully closing the sales agreement and provide follow-up to assure sustainably strong customer relationships

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home and building needs
    • Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program
    • Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
    • Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
    • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
    • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
    • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
    • Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
    • Build and maintain customer relationships
    • Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
    • Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
