Key Responsibilities
As an HVAC Selling Technician, your role will be twofold: to provide expert technical service and to drive revenue through consultative sales. Your daily responsibilities include:
Running scheduled service and maintenance appointments at customer locations.
Expertly diagnosing and repairing a wide range of residential HVAC systems.
Identifying opportunities to replace aged or warranty-expired systems and educating customers on the benefits of new, energy-efficient units.
Effectively communicating with customers to build trust, address their comfort needs, and present tailored solutions.
Generating new system sales and completing all necessary paperwork and sales documentation accurately.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and ensuring all necessary tools and parts are stocked.
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction on every call.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the HVAC industry is required, with a proven track record of successful sales.
A natural sales ability and a genuine desire to sell, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
The ability to expertly diagnose and repair HVAC systems to industry standards.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and explain complex technical information clearly.
Experience with Service Titan is a huge plus.
A highly motivated and money-driven individual who thrives in a commission-based environment.
A valid driver's license is required, along with any relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA Universal).
