    We're seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to take charge of daily activities within our HVAC service department. This role ensures smooth field operations, efficient scheduling, and high-quality service outcomes that keep our clients satisfied and systems running.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage technician schedules and coordinate service calls for maximum efficiency

    Support the service team with technical guidance and real-time troubleshooting assistance

    Lead and develop technicians through training, performance feedback, and daily oversight

    Serve as the primary liaison between service, operations, and customer support teams

    Promote a safe, productive work environment and ensure adherence to safety protocols

    Monitor service performance, track results, and address service quality issues

    Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving

    Requirements:

    Prior experience coordinating service operations within the HVAC or mechanical trades

    Confident communicator with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Hands-on understanding of HVAC systems and technician workflows

    Ability to use service software platforms to manage dispatch, track calls, and support field staff

    Proven record of leading teams or managing service workflows in a fast-paced environment.
