We are hiring for an HVAC Service Coordinator for a Temp-Hire job in the Gloucester, MA area with a Mechanical company!

Job duties would include:

• Answering phone calls
• Order Parts/Materials
• Receive Inventory job materials
• Manage Technician travel bookings
• Manage Truck Registration, Insurance and Maintenance
• Manage Technician Licenses and Certs
• Manage Company Liability Insurance Certs
• Manage all paperwork pertinent to the job such as: timesheets, service reports, job costs, purchase orders, etc.
• Write basic quotes
• Use QuickBooks Online to track all job info
• Interact with Customers

Requirements Include:

• _****_Having experience with working for a Piping, Plumbing, or HVAC company previously

• Knowledge of an Industrial Process as well as Utility Piping

• Project Management experience
