Winchester Mechanical, a leading commercial HVAC contractor in Nashua, NH, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician. You’ll handle service, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating and cooling systems while working in a supportive, high-performing team. Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues

Wire low-voltage heating and cooling equipment

Install and repair refrigerant and gas line connections

Pre-measure and determine proper installation materials

Complete service/start-up reports and documentation

Mentor HVAC apprentices and helpers

Participate in ongoing technical training programs

Qualifications

3–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience

Strong troubleshooting and blueprint-reading skills

EPA & OSHA certification required

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Preferred: MA Sheet Metal or Refrigeration license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely work at heights
