HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician

Location: Norwalk, CT

We are a fast-growing residential HVAC company backed by a national franchise seeking a Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with solid HVAC fundamentals who enjoys both service work and supporting installation projects.

You will work independently on maintenance and repair calls while also assisting senior technicians on larger installation jobs.

Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC maintenance and repair service calls

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

Assist lead technicians on larger installation projects

Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle

Communicate clearly with customers and the team

Complete job documentation using company software

Requirements

Experience in HVAC service and maintenance

Connecticut certification such as D2, D3, D4, S2, S3, or S4

Ability to work independently on service calls

Strong troubleshooting skills

Valid driver’s license

Energetic personality with enthusiasm for helping grow a business

Compensation & Benefits

$35 – $40 per hour
