    Service Manager: oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Build and lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient and quality service delivery to customers. Their responsibilities include scheduling, technical support, quality control, training, and sometimes even sales.

    1. Leadership and Management: Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.

    Scheduling and Dispatch:

    Plan and coordinate service schedules, dispatching technicians to various jobs while optimizing routes and time.

    Performance Management:

    Monitor technician performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

    Training and Development:

    Organize training programs to enhance technicians' skills and knowledge, ensuring they stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and safety regulations.

    1. Technical Expertise and Support:

    Troubleshooting:

    Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex HVAC system issues, providing technical guidance when needed.

    Quality Control:

    Ensure that all installations, repairs, and maintenance work meet the required standards and comply with regulations.

    Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations related to HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.

    1. Customer Relations and Sales:

    Customer Communication: Interact with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide service updates.

    Sales and Business Development: In some cases, HVAC Service Managers may also be involved in generating sales leads, developing maintenance agreements, and estimating costs for projects.
