1st Impressions Heating & Air, Inc. is a growing, customer-focused HVAC company committed to quality service, integrity, and team development. We specialize in residential and/or commercial HVAC solutions and are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support HVAC service technicians and dispatch staff
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee daily service operations
Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards
Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly
Train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians
Monitor KPIs, job performance, and service profitability
Enforce company policies and promote a positive team culture
Qualifications
3+ years of HVAC service experience
2+ years in a supervisory or management role (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and codes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
EPA Certification (required)
