Building control and automation company is expanding its Baltimore and DC area sales team and looking for a highly technical HVAC service sales representative. This person will bring strong technical background  and a deep understanding of HVAC systems (large rooftop systems etc.) as well as a sales mentality and desire. Must be familiar with calling on Facilities Managers and Building Engineers (not construction).  Base salary of $100K - $120K + commission with a first year target income of $150-170K plus car allowance, fuel card, EZ pass and company pays 100% of health benefits for employee and family- very rare!!!   Ready to hire immediately!
