What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems

Perform service, maintenance, and system replacements

Work on residential and light commercial equipment

Service refrigeration equipment (ice machines, freezers, etc.)

Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers (no gimmicks)

Maintain truck inventory and keep equipment organized

Represent the company with professionalism and pride

Build long-term customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:

HVAC service experience (residential + light commercial)

Refrigeration experience preferred

Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused

Strong communication and professionalism

Clean driving record
