HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Provide honest, accurate recommendations without upselling.

Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work environment

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience preferred (minimum 5 years considered)

EPA & RMGA certifications required

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

New Construction Installer

Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems in multifamily new construction projects

Follow plans and specifications to ensure high-quality installations

Collaborate with construction teams and fellow installers

Ensure safety and efficiency on every job

Qualifications:

10+ years of installation experience preferred (minimum 5 years considered)

EPA & RMGA certifications required

Ability to read blueprints and work independently or as part of a crew

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
