What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose, service, repair, and assist with HVAC installations

Work on residential, manufactured housing, and light commercial systems

Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs and local/state/national codes

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC components

Read and interpret gauges, meters, and testing instruments accurately

Pre-measure jobs and identify needed materials

Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools/equipment are organized

Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding job progress

Deliver professional, friendly customer service on every call

Complete required paperwork and documentation daily

Assist with mentoring and supporting junior technicians when needed

Maintain company vehicles and tools properly

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of HVAC service experience

2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

EPA 608 Certification required

Trade school or HVAC program completion preferred

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Knowledge of HVAC tools, testing equipment, and service procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ability to work overtime or on-call when needed
