About the Role:

Join COMPLETE COMFORT INC as an HVAC Service Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy a comfortable indoor environment. We are seeking experienced individuals with great attitudes who are ready to deliver exceptional service and technical expertise in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide effective solutions to customers.

Install new HVAC equipment and ensure proper functionality.

Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.

Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.

Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices.

Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Participate in the technician on call rotation

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.

Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
