    We’re seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team and support a wide range of service calls across residential and/or commercial systems. Whether you're a seasoned tech or building your expertise, this role offers the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and safety-driven environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units

    Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability and efficiency

    Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers and supervisors

    Document service work, parts used, and system conditions

    Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company, local, and state regulations

    Maintain service tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition

    Collaborate with dispatch and service coordinators to complete daily work orders on schedule

    Requirements:

    2+ years of experience in HVAC service preferred

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

    Excellent communication and customer service skills
