A growing company looking for AC Service Technicians family-owned, new vans.

We are looking for a team player, AC Service Technician, with high skills in the HVAC industry who needs to know how to install, service, and repair split systems, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, and work very cleanly. We are conducting immediate hires with fast interview response times.

Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

• Diagnose and perform equipment repairs and part replacements

• Perform routine preventative maintenance

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Installation of flex duct systems and ventilation products in residential and light commercial buildings

• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering

• Ability to fabricate ductwork and fittings

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (3-5 years)

• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Valid driver’s licenses, insurable driving record, and pass a background check

• Keep company van clean with necessary inventory stocked

• EPA universal certification
