What You’ll Be Doing

As an HVAC Technician with One Hour, Redmond, you’ll deliver reliable, high-quality service to residential customers. From diagnostics to repairs, maintenance, and system improvements — you will be the trusted expert our customers rely on.

What your day could look like:

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, and mini-splits

Perform preventive maintenance and emergency HVAC service as needed

Service light commercial systems such as small offices and retail spaces

Accurately document service details using company-provided iPads

Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery

Identify additional service or system improvement opportunities and review options with customers

Schedule & Service Area

Schedule: 5 days per week with a rotating on-call schedule

Service Area: Limited to the Eastside - i.e. Redmond and neighboring areas

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred

Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners

Valid driver’s license
