Position Title: HVAC Technician

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems and components.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Occasional overtime during peak seasons.
Limited on-call responsibilities rotated among team members.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage: $25.00 – $35.00, based on experience and certifications.
