Key Responsibilities – Commercial HVAC Service Technician
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance and start-ups.
- Calibrate controls; verify system performance and documentation.
- Safely use ladders; work at heights and in mechanical spaces.
- Maintain vehicle condition; complete monthly inspection forms.
- Manage truck stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
- Communicate clearly with customers; uphold professional standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation; complete after-hours service tickets.
Qualifications – Commercial HVAC Service Technician
- Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- Active EPA Universal certification.
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Able to climb/balance on ladders; work in elevated locations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Preferred Qualifications – Commercial HVAC Service Technician
- Commercial refrigeration service experience.
- BAS/DDC exposure; light controls troubleshooting.
- OEM/start-up certifications; brazing and recovery proficiency.
- Tablet/CMMS work order experience.
