The Opportunity We’re building out our service team and need an experienced technician who can handle both residential and light commercial service and repair.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who’s been in the field, can diagnose issues without hand-holding, and wants to keep getting better. What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential + light commercial) Install some residential and light commercial systems Handle service calls from start to finish Perform maintenance and inspections Recommend repairs and solutions (no pressure sales—just be honest) Keep your truck and job sites clean and organized Communicate clearly with customers and the team Use ServiceTitan or similar to document work

    What We’re Looking For

4+ years HVAC service experience (strong residential background preferred) Able to troubleshoot and fix systems without needing constant help Comfortable working on a mix of residential and some commercial equipment Good with customers and communication Shows up, works hard, and takes ownership

    Bonus if you have:

Experience with larger tonnage systems, controls, or refrigeration Electrical troubleshooting skills Some plumbing or mechanical crossover experience
