Job Summary: Diagnose and repair gas furnaces, heat pumps (oil experience is a plus).

Perform maintenance, service calls, install Iaq and parts you diagnose.

Communicate clearly with homeowners (no high pressure sales).

Accurately document work you diagnose and perform.

Maintain a clean, organized work van.

Follow safety and quality standards.

Schedule: Monday- Friday Optional overtime available On call rotation (very fair and reasonable)

Qualifications:

Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education

Strong troubleshooting skills

Valid Drivers License & clean driving record

EPA Certification

Professional, respectful, and customer focused

Able to work independently and as part of a team
