One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians. If you have diagnostic experience, want steady year-round work, and want a stronger earning potential, we’d like to talk.

Compensation

$25–$40+ per hour base pay (based on experience)

$2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires

Uncapped commission opportunities

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers

Perform preventative maintenance

Deliver professional customer service in the field

Requirements

2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential experience preferred)

EPA Universal Certification

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Professional and dependable work habits
