On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$150,000 +

Mon-Fri one on call day per week- one on call weekend per month

HVAC Service Technician – Key Job Duties
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance, tune‑ups, and system inspections
Follow company standards, safety procedures, and industry best practices
Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
Respond to service calls in a timely, reliable manner
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency
Service, maintain, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose HVAC system issues and clearly explain repair options to customers
Maintain a clean and organized work area; leave job sites clean after completion
Demonstrate a strong safety mindset on the job and while driving
Use floor savers and protect customer property at all times
Maintain company vehicle cleanliness (inside and out)
Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior successful experience as an HVAC Service Technician
NATE certification preferred (not required)
Strong technical ability and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass a drug/background check
