    What You’ll Do as Service Manager

    Lead & Develop the Service Team

    Coach HVAC technicians in diagnostics, communication, estimate presentation, and sales performance

    Conduct regular ride-alongs and structured coaching conversations

    Reinforce execution of the Leonard Splaine Tech Agenda (Nexstar Service System)

    Build advancement pathways (Junior → Senior → Lead)

    Drive Revenue Performance

    Increase Tech Generated Leads, Average Ticket, Close Rate, and Membership Attach Rate

    Review daily KPIs and adjust coaching accordingly

    Partner with Sales/Comfort Advisors to align service with replacement goals

    Hold technicians accountable to performance standards

    Operational Excellence

    Partner with Dispatch to maximize scheduling efficiency

    Reduce callbacks and improve first-time fix rate

    Monitor ServiceTitan documentation accuracy

    Ensure strong coordination between Service, Install, and Sales

    Quality & Standards

    Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer experience

    Audit job notes, photos, and compliance documentation

    Enforce aged equipment and replacement recommendation policies

    Stay current on industry best practices

    What We’re Looking For

    Proven experience managing residential HVAC service teams

    Strong leadership and coaching ability

    Track record of driving revenue performance

    Deep HVAC technical knowledge

    Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred)

    EPA Certification (Required) | NATE (Preferred)

    Valid driver’s license with clean record
