Green Ductors is seeking an experienced HVAC professional ready to step into a leadership role. This position combines hands-on technical work with team management responsibilities, offering strong earning potential and a clear path for growth within the company.

What You’ll Do

Lead, train, and support HVAC technicians in the field

Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial systems

Manage daily job assignments, routing, and service calls

Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency

Act as a point of contact for field operations and resolve job-related issues

Requirements Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Previous leadership or team coordination experience is required. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, along with the ability to travel across New York and New Jersey. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
