Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system failures

Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations

Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role

EPA 608 Certification required

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment

Ability to diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems efficiently

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
