HVAC Technician Pay Range (Full-Time/Hourly):
· Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Manage and perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Document processes. Completes required paperwork and collects payment when necessary
Operate vehicle in a safely manner. Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools
Puts the customer first and makes appropriate recommendations in accordance to GUNTHERS/Utah Engineering company policies
Follows all GUNTHERS/Utah Engineering Safety Standards
Builds positive relationships with customers and team
Maintains a positive attitude and supports Utah Engineering Core Values and Mission
Completes any additional tasks or work required from Supervisor
HVAC Technician Qualifications:
2+ years in residential or commercial service required
EPA and RMGA certification required
High School Diploma, or GED
Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
Follows Utah Engineering dress and grooming policies.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
