About the Role:

HONEST PLUMBING AZ LLC is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment malfunctions

Perform routine preventative maintenance on AC units, furnaces, and heat pumps

Inspect and test system components including thermostats, electrical wiring, and refrigerant levels

Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers

Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed

Adhere to all safety codes, regulations, and company standards

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience

EPA 608 Certification required

Knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
