HVAC Technician

PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Technician skilled in installing and servicing HVAC systems, water heaters, and indoor air quality products. We value strong communication, ongoing learning, and a commitment to doing the job right.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 year experience outside of school

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems/installation, indoor air quality, ERVs, dehumidifiers, HEPA systems

Knowledge of building science and weatherization preferred but not required

High school diploma, technical diploma preferred

Must be EPA certified

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Position Responsibilities:

Installation/Repair, service, and maintenance of HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories

Installation/Repair, service, and maintenance of Water heaters

Installation/Repair, service, and maintenance of Indoor Air Quality items

Provide excellent communication to clients by answering and explaining HVAC service options

Responsible for achieving KPIs

Filling out invoices, entering equipment information, and registering used parts and materials
