Shields & Associates wants you to join our team as HVAC tech. The successful candidate in this position will work with our commercial and residential clients.

Install, maintain and repair heating and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Locate and diagnose maintenance problems on equipment.

Oversee installations.

Conduct warranty services and perform emergency repairs.

Follow blueprints or specification for installations.

Ensure compliance with local building codes.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.

The successful individual will be able to cross-train and work effectively within our team of professionals who provide a wide-range of construction services to our clients. Included are general building maintenance, commercial roofing, general contracting and insurance restoration.

Minimum Qualifications

Must have clean drug screen and pass random drug screens

Two-year minimum experience as HVAC Tech or Installer

References

EPA 608 Certification

Must have valid driver's license

No moving violations within the past 3 years
