There’s plenty of room and opportunities for technicians in the HVAC trade. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects 6,300 jobs will be added by 2028. Are you ready to learn the HVAC fundamentals you need to succeed on the job? The HVAC Technician Apprentice is an entry level position for someone looking to begin a career in the HVAC service profession. This is an opportunity to learn all about the installation, service, and maintenance of residential & light commercial heating & air conditioning systems while getting paid.

Ideally, you are organized, mechanically inclined and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and a people person that is able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

Specific Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems

Warehouse & Inventory management

Facilities & Fleet maintenance

Warranty processing and parts returns

Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Eager to learn about the HVAC service profession

CFC Certification

Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record

Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance and personality
