HVAC/Boiler Service Technician (Residential)

Location: Newfoundland, NJ

Salary: $30-$40 Hourly/profit sharing/Christmas Bonus/Yearly Performance raise

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating (boilers, furnaces) and cooling systems (AC, heat pumps)

Perform seasonal tune-ups, installations, and emergency service calls

Provide clear explanations and recommendations to homeowners

Maintain accurate service records and inventory

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on HVAC/Boiler experience (residential focus preferred)

EPA 608 certification (Universal or Type II minimum)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting skills on gas boilers, oil boilers, forced air systems, and modern high-efficiency equipment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work on-call rotation for emergencies
