Key Responsibilities:
Able to perform Installation of complete HVAC system.
Diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems.
Provide expert advice and sell appropriate HVAC solutions to customers.
Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building codes.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and sales made.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Level 3 Technician: 1 - 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (sales, installation & service).
Self-directing team player, goal-oriented with a passion for sales, energetic, positive.
Proven track record in HVAC sales (preferred).
EPA Certification Core and Type 2 License along with knowledge of R-410A, R-32 and R-454B
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
Excellent communication, customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40+ pounds.
Is able to Train others in HVAC Repairs and Service
