    We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer/Technician to join our team at Greenlink Energy Solutions. As part of our HVAC division, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining & repairing ventilation equipment and high-efficiency furnace and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal functionality for our clients. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.     Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Accredited HVAC program or apprenticeship certification (ex: EPA certification)

    3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.

    Valid driver's license

    Working cellphone

    Knowledge and Abilities:

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Ability to test electrical circuits or components for continuity

    Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures related to safety and installation or maintenance of HVAC equipment

    Ability to interpret scopes of work, plan sets, design specifications, or manufacturers' recommendations to ensure the proper installation of components

    Responsibilities:

    Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.

    Install or repair HVAC systems to improve efficiency

    Install or repair self-contained air source, high-efficiency electric heat pumps, or hybrid ground heat pumps to minimize carbon-based energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions

    Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers

    Install auxiliary components to heating or cooling equipment, such as expansion or discharge valves, air ducts, pipes, blowers, dampers, flues, or stokers

    Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, etc.
