Experienced HVAC Service Technician (Residential/Light Commercial) $35–$55/hr + OT | Take-Home Van | Steady Work

Gold Star Mechanical is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Tech. We’re looking for someone who can diagnose and repair systems efficiently, communicate clearly with customers, and take ownership of the job.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform maintenance and troubleshoot: electrical, airflow, refrigerant, controls

Communicate findings and options clearly to office

Keep clean notes and photos in work orders

Maintain safe, professional work practices

What We’re Looking For

3+ years HVAC field experience (service-focused)

Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts-changing)

Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

Professional, reliable, and customer-friendly

Nice to Have

Experience with mini-splits/VRF, rooftop units, boilers, controls

Soldering/brazing experience

Install experience a plus
