Training & development

We are looking for a HVAC Technician having a minimum of 1-2 years field experience having the following skill sets:

Have an in depth understand of refrigerant cycles and how Compressors work.

Be EPA certified.

Know how to read refrigerant gauges.

Flare and swedge copper pipe.

Recover refrigerant.

Charge a system with refrigerant.

Braze pipe

Solder pipe

Know how to measure accurately

Familiar with the use of a multi meter.

Familiar with duct work

Must have a desire to learn. Takes pride in what they do, this should be visible in the quality of their work. Is organized and punctual. Have a clean drivers record. Can keep vehicles organized. Trustworthy. We are looking for Team members that are not afraid of responsibility and love what they do. Position requires 2 Saturdays a month, Monday-Friday hours usually consist of 10-12 hours per day during peek season. More about these shifts can be discussed during interview. Applicants will be required to pass a small verbal exam. We look forward to speaking with you.
