About the Role:

Join Varsity Zone HVAC as an HVAC Technician specializing in Installation and Service! We are seeking passionate individuals to deliver top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to our valued customers in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance.

Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations and repairs.

Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.

Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system maintenance.

Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and trends.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
